职场“80后”集体画像

  三十而立有点难
  进入2010年,1980年出生的“80后”带头领跑冲进30岁。在近期,由智联招聘对8000余名职场人进行的特别调查显示,近六成年满30岁的“80后”坦言自己“三十难立”――薪酬不高,工作不满,存款空空,无房无车。
  调查显示,三成职场“80后”现今仍是小职员,
  四成单身,六成无房无车。
  调查显示,步入而立之年的“80后”白领中,仅有35%拥有自己的住房,19%拥有私家车,能将房子和车子都赚到手的,只有15%。也就是说,目前仍有六成职场“80后”两手空空,既无房也无车。
  调查还显示,四成在职“80后”目前仍是小职员,只有两成刚刚走上基础管理岗位,升任主管。能走上“经理”等高层职位的“80后”还不到一成。从数据中分析,1980年出生的职场白领,工作年限多集中在5年左右,但即便是这5年内,仍有八成人频繁跳槽。
  逾三成“80后”表示自己的月收入在3000元―5000元之间,另有接近三成人的收入介于1500元―3000元之间。
  在物质基础未能得到很好保证的同时,已步入30岁的“80后”,将近四成仍是单身人士,甚至有不少人尚无确定的恋爱关系。
  面对来势汹汹的“三十难立”风,也有不少人士呼吁“请不要曲解‘三十而立’”。对于社会对“80后”的评价,不少“当事人”十分不满,山东师范大学中文系毕业的小马认为,“三十而立”只是《论语・为政》中孔子对于自己在30岁时所达到人生状态的自我评价,只不过后人把孔子的这些自我评语作为人生不同阶段所应达到的生活理想状态。
  
  我们为什么要跳槽
  农历新年过后,济南市内几个人才市场定期举行的招聘会现场,前来求职和招聘的人员单位猛增。据济南市人才市场工作人员介绍,每年到了农历春节前后,是职场中所谓的“跳槽季节”,很多员工纷纷在这个时候因为个人发展、薪酬等原因辞职,导致企业出现“用工荒”。
  最近的一项网上调查显示,每一百个上班族中,就有百分之五十一的人心里有转职的念头,随时打算换工作。与“被裁员”相比,这些职场人士非常主动。
  据市内某大型人才招聘企业对跳槽者的原因调查发现,跳槽原因不外以下几个情景:
  情景一:裁员离职,无可奈何。许多上班族因为遇到公司的裁员、合并或公司倒闭等因素离职。
  任何变动之前必定都有一些先兆,上班族平时就要多关心公司的经营方针和发展策略,提高自己的竞争力,让自己成为抢手人才。实力强则无论任何变化都能泰然处之。
  情景二:变化太大,要求太高。随着企业的发展,部分职位的内涵甚至职位本身都会发生很大的变化。例如,不合理的超时工作,不合理的业绩目标,没有支持的工作等等。
  情景三:不被重用,前途茫茫。如果感觉到不受重视,无法发挥自己的特长;或者提拔晋升渠道太窄、不甚合理;或者感觉公司缺乏明晰发展战略,和未来生涯发展不能吻合等等,都会让上班族萌生去意。
  情景四:氛围不好,关系复杂。办公室人际关系复杂,是员工跳槽的重要原因之一。许多公司在成立初期虽然规模小、资源少,但是大家反而同舟共济、互相体谅;等到公司规模变大,人反而变得自私起来。工作环境人际尔虞我诈,其实比繁重的工作更令人讨厌,因此是员工离职的重要原因之一。
  情景五:上司难处,憋屈窝火。和上司不合,可能纯粹是对工作的看法不同,或是遇见一个不好的上司也有可能。
  情景六:薪水太少,加薪太慢。上班族流行一句话:”老板不加薪,自己加“。的确,在某些行业,跳槽是快速加薪的快捷方式,例如流动率很高的广告业,或是某些很抢手的技术人员。
  
  不能不说,“80后”依然是当今职场大军的主力队员。阳春三月,农历新年的节日气息渐远。济南市内各大人才市场再次爆棚,市面上的报纸招聘版厚度猛增,以“80后”为主的求职与跳槽大军依然是济南人力市场的主流。他们是高房价时代的“蚁族”,面对初出江湖的“90后”,显然已“不算年轻”。面对高涨的基本生活成本,他们感言:三十而立有点难;面对新年过后的辞职跳槽高峰,他们解释,“我们为什么要跳槽?”

  According to the survey, of the post-80 workers, 30% are still clerks, 40% are single and 60% are houseless and carless.
  According to the survey, of the post-80 white collars in their 30s, only 35% have houses, 19% own private cars, and only 15% have successfully earned their houses and cars by themselves. That is to say, currently, 60% of the post-80 workers gain nothing, neither houses nor cars.
  The survey also shows that of the post-80 workers, 40% of them are still clerks at present, only 20% have gained basic management posts or been promoted to be the director-general for a very short time, and less than 10% of them have been promoted to be the top leaders such as the “manager”. Data analysis shows that the white collars born in 1980 mostly worked for about 5 years, and that 80% of them are frequent job hoppers.
  More than 30% of the post-80s indicate that their monthly income is between 3000 and 5000 yuan, and 30% of them earn only between 1500 and 3000 yuan.
  Besides unsatisfied material needs, 40% of the post-80s already in their 30s are still single, with quite a large number of them not being certain about their dating relationship.
