基于通径分析与灰色关联度分析的中华草龟形态性状与体质量的关系探讨

摘要 采用相P分析、多元回归分析、通径分析和灰色关联度分析多种方法分析了安徽省3个龟鳖养殖场中华草龟幼龟养殖群体的外部形态性状与体质量的关系,测量了体质量(Y)和8个形态性状[背甲宽(X1)、背甲长(X2)、体高(X3)、腹甲长(X4)、腹甲宽(X5)、前肢长(X6)、后肢长(X7)、尾长(X8)]。结果显示:3个龟鳖养殖场幼龟形态性状与体质量的相关性达到极显著水平(P<0.01)[除南陵群体的尾长(P>0.05)和金安群体的后肢长(P<0.05)以外]。通径分析结果显示,南陵群体(NL)背甲长、腹甲长和腹甲宽对体质量的通径系数达到极显著水平(P<0.01);无为群体(WW)背甲宽、后肢长和体高对体质量的通径系数达到极显著水平(P<0.01);金安群体(JA)背甲长和体高对体质量的通径系数达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。采用逐步回归方法建立3个群体形态性状与体质量的多元回归方程:NL,Y=-92.804+8.316X2+11.865X5+6.463X4;WW,Y=-35.672+8.820X1+4.510X7+5.954X3;JA,Y=-23.604+7.991X2+2.821X3,方差分析显示回归方程的模拟结果准确可靠。灰色关联度分析结果显示,南陵和金安群体中与体质量关联度较高的前2个性状为背甲长(X2)和腹甲宽(X5),而在无为群体中则为腹甲宽(X7)和背甲宽(X1)。2种分析方法得到的影响体质量的主要形态性状有所不同。通过比较这些形态性状发现,背甲和腹甲的数据与体质量之间的关系最为密切,可作为中华草龟选育测量指标的参考数据。

Discussion on the Relationship between the Morphological Traits and Body Mass of Chinemys reevesii Based on the Path Analysis and Grey Correlation Analysis

Abstract Using many methods of correlation analysis,multiple regression analysis,path analysis and grey correlation analysis,the relationship between the external morphological traits and body mass of young Chinemys reevesii breeding population in three turtle farms of Anhui Province was analyzed.The body mass and 8 morphological traits (including carapace width (X1),carapace length (X2),body height (X3),plastron length (X4) ,plastron width (X5),forelimb length (X6),hindlimb length (X7),tail length(X8) were measured.The results showed that the morphological traits of young turtles in three turtle farms had extremely significant correlation with the body mass (P<0.01),except for tail length of Nanling tortoise (P> 0.05) and hindlimb length of Jin’an tortoise (P<0.05).The results of path analysis showed that the path coefficient of carapace length,plastron length and plastron width to the body mass was extremely significant (P<0.01) in Nanling population.The path coefficient of carapace width,hindlimb length and body height to the body mass was extremely significant (P<0.01) in Wuwei population. The path coefficient of the carapace length and body height to the the body mass was extremely significant(P<0.01) in Jin’an population.The multiple regression equation between the morphological traits and body mass in the three populations were established as follows:Y=-92.804+8.316X2+11.865X5+ 6.463X4(for NL population),Y= -35.672+8.820X1+4.510X7+5.954X3(for WW population) ,Y= -23.604+7.991X2+2.821X3(for JA population).ANOVA showed that the simulation results of the established equation were accurate and reliable.The gray relational analysis results showed that carapace length (X2) and abdominal carapace width (X5) had the closest relationship with body mass in Nanling and Jin’an populations,while plastron width (X5) and carapace width (X1) had the closest relationship with body mass in Wuwei population.The main morphological traits that affected the body mass obtained by the two analysis methods were different.Through comparing these morphological traits,it was found that the data of carapace and plastron were the closest to the body mass,and the research results could be used as the reference data for selecting the measurement indices of C.reevesii.
