炫速双源CT行头部血管双能量成像对辐射剂量与图像质量的影响研究

  摘要:目的:研究炫速p源CT行头部血管双能量成像的价值。方法:选择本院2021年6月-12月纳入的106例脑血管病变患者,按随机数字表法分为两组各53例,研究组开展炫速双源CT的头部血管双能量成像,对照组开展常规双源CT的头部血管双能量成像,对比两组CT剂量指数、有效剂量、剂量长度乘积,比较不同脑血管的CT值以及不同平面的图像噪声,最后进行图像锐利度、图像噪声、射线硬化束伪影、总体图像质量评分,比较两组检查结果。结果:两组CT剂量指数比较无差异(P>0.05),但研究组有效剂量、剂量长度乘积低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组在大脑前动脉、大脑后动脉、大脑中动脉、Willis环上的CT值比较无差异(P>0.05)。研究组在垂体、四叠体池、胼胝体干部、鞍上池平面上的图像噪声均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组在图像锐利度、图像噪声、总体图像质量上比较无差异(P>0.05),但研究组射线硬化束伪影评分高出对照组(P<0.05)。结论:炫速双源CT行头部血管双能量成像时,可有效降低图像噪声,且不会增加辐射剂量,同时保证图像总体质量较高,值得推广。

  Effect of Dual Energy Head Vascular Imaging with Dazzle Dual Source CT on Radiation Dose and Image Quality

  Abstract: Objective: To study the value of dual energy head angiography with dazzle dual source CT. Methods: 106 patients with cerebrovascular diseases included in our hospital from June to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups with 53 cases in each group. The study group carried out head vascular dual energy imaging with dazzle dual source CT and the control group carried out head vascular dual energy imaging with conventional dual source CT. The CT dose index, effective dose and dose length product of the two groups were compared, The CT values of different cerebral vessels and the image noise of different planes were compared. Finally, the image sharpness, image noise, ray hardening beam artifact and overall image quality were scored, and the examination results of the two groups were compared. Results: there was no difference in CT dose index between the two groups (P> 0.05), but the effective dose and dose length product in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no difference in CT values of anterior cerebral artery, posterior cerebral artery, middle cerebral artery and Willis ring between the two groups (P>0.05). The image noise in the pituitary, the cistern of the tetrafold, the trunk of the corpus callosum and the plane of the suprasellar cistern in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no difference in image sharpness, image noise and overall image quality between the two groups (P> 0.05), but the evaluation score of ray hardening beam artifact in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: dazzle dual source CT can effectively reduce the image noise without increasing the radiation dose, and ensure the overall image quality, which is worth popularizing.
