3D打印金属微孔支架填充PRP搭载ADSCS 修复大节段骨缺损的护理措施

  [摘要]目的探3D打印金属微孔支架填充富血小板血浆(PRP)搭载脂肪来源干细胞(ADSCS)修复大节段骨缺损的围手术期护理措施。方法选取2019年1月至2020年6月广东省水电医院收治的100例大节段骨缺损患者进行研究,随机分为研究组(n=50)与对照组(n=50)。对照组进行常规护理,研究组进行围手术期护理。比较两组干预3个月后的优良率、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、并发症发生率及骨愈合时间。结果干预后,研究组的优良率高于对照组(χ=4.330,P=0.037);研究组的HAMD评分低于干预前和对照组(t=25.284,P=0.000;t=8.465,P=0.000),HAMA评分低于干预前和对照组(t=17.219,P=0.000;t=7.027,P=0.000);研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组(χ=4.000,P=0.046);研究组的骨愈合时间短于对照组(t=5.306,P=0.000)。结论在3D打印金属微孔支架填充PRP搭载ADSCS修复大节段骨缺损中应用围手术期护理,可促进患者功能恢复及骨愈合,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,并减少术后并发症的发生。

  [Abstract] Objective To explore the perioperative nursing measures for 3D printing metal microporous scaffolds filled with platelet-rich plasma (PRP)and adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCS)to repair large segmental bone defects. Methods A total of 100 patients with large-segment bone defects admitted to Guangdong Hydropower Hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected for the study,and they were randomly divided into the study group (n=50)and the control group (n=50). The control group received routine care,and the study group received perioperative care. The good and good rate,Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD)score,Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA)score,complication rate and bone healing time were compared between the two groups after 3 months of intervention. Results After the intervention,the excellent and good rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (χ=4.330,P=0.037). The HAMD score of the study group was lower than the pre-intervention and control group (t=25.284,P=0.000;t=8.465,P=0.000),the HAMA score was lower than before the intervention and the control group (t =17.219,P=0.000;t=7.027,P=0.000). The total complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group (χ=4.000,P=0.046). The bone healing time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group (t=5.306,P=0.000). Conclusion The application of perioperative care in 3D printed metal microporous stents filled with PRP equipped with ADSCS to repair large segmental bone defects can promote patient functional recovery and bone healing,relieve anxiety and depression,and reduce postoperative complications.
