基于教师职业认同的高职院校师德师风建设研究

摘 要:在“大众创业、万众创新”的时代背景下,如何依托教师职业认同教育平台加强高职院校青年教师师德师风培养,不断探索多维度、多途径的青年教师师德师风建设体系,成为众多教育工作者思考的热点课题。在实践教学中,指导教师不仅可以针对项目中出现的问题,及时给予学生知识上和方法上的指导,还可以引导学生对项目进行优化和提升,扮演着重要角色。基于此,实践教学指导教师队伍建设也越来越受到各高职院校的重视。为更好地推进大学生创新实践教育教学,全面提升高职院校青年教师师德师风培养实效,构建系统化的高职院校青年教师师德师风培育体系,文章从教师职业认同教育平台入手,探究教师职业认同教育模式下的高职院校青年教师师德师风建设的主要方法与途径,致力于推动职业教育以及青年教师师德师风建设。

Abstract: Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", how to rely on the platform of teachers' professional identity education to strengthen the cultivation of young teachers' teaching ethics and style, and constantly explore the multi-dimensional and multi-channel construction system of young teachers' ethics and style have become a hot topic for many educators. In vocational practice education, instructors can not only give students timely guidance on knowledge and methods, but also guide students to optimize and improve the project, which plays an important role. Based on this, more and more colleges and universities pay attention to the construction of vocational instructor team of practice education. The purpose of the study is to better promote college students' innovative practice education and teaching, improve the effectiveness of young teachers' Ethics Cultivation in colleges and universitiescomprehensively, and build a systematic cultivation system of young teachers' Ethics in colleges and universities. This paper starts from the teacher professional identity education platform, explores the main methods and ways of young teachers' ethics construction in colleges and universities under the teacher professional identity education mode, and is committed to promoting the professional identity education and the construction of young teachers' ethics.

践教学不仅需要学生积极参与、主动探究,也需要指导教师有效地开展指导工作。指导工作的质量直接影响实践教学的进展和实际效果。要提升指导工作质量,关键在于加强实践教学指导教师队伍建设。当前创新创业指导教师队伍建设过程中,还存在着一些缺陷和不足,突出表现在以下三点:第一、指导教师队伍结构不合理,培训不足,一些实践教学项目缺乏合适的指导教师,存在“缺位”现象;第二、制度不健全,过程管理不规范,小部分指导教师“失位”,指导工作无从开展;第三、师生双方责任义务不明确,角色模糊,指导教师存在“错位”和“越位”现象,项目管理和评价机制不合理。高职院校是我国社会发展人才培养的重要领地,伴随高等教育的普及与扩展,目前我国职业教育已跃居世界先进水平。我国高层次人才60%以上都来自于高等院校,不管是高等教育人才还是高等教育规模,整体教育体系已走在世界前列。与此同时,大批量的青年教师走上教育岗位,扩充了高等教育队伍。在整个高教体系发展过程中,青年教师担负着高职院校学生培养和科学研究等重要工作,也将成为日后高等教育发展的主力军,为此提升青年教师自身素质和师德师风,意义重大。
一、时代呼唤,多要素驱动青年教师师德师风建设的现状
(一)青年教师使命在肩,是高等教育对其师德师风建设的内在要求
