3D打印模型在血管外科临床护理教学中的应用

  摘 要:目的 探讨3D打印模型在血管外科临床护理教学中的教学效果。方法 对比实践法,将2019年5月到10月在我院血管外科实习的50名学生,随机分为对照组25人,实验组25人。对照组采用传统的血管外科临床护理教学模式,实验组在传统教学模式的基础上采用3D打印模型,辅助完成血管外科临床护理教学任务,比较两组学生的学习情况和考核成绩。结果 针对两组学生的考核成绩进行分析,实验组学生的考核成绩高于对照组学生;针对两组学生的临床实践能力和学习主动性进行分析,实验组均高于对照组。结论 经过两组的临床护理教学研究发现,3D打印模型可以有效提升血管外科临床护理教学的质量,提高护理实习生的实践操作水平,提升其学习兴趣和临床实战能力。3D打印技术还有助于帮助实习生形成创新思维,养成积极的学习习惯,因此可以在各种临床护理教学中进行实践和推广。

  Abstract: Objective To explore the teaching effect of 3D printing model in the teaching of Vascular Surgery Clinical Nursing. Methods 50 students who were interned in vascular surgery in our hospital from May to October 2019 were randomly divided into control group 25 and experimental group 25. The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode of Vascular Surgery Clinical Nursing, and the experimental group used 3D printing model on the basis of the traditional teaching mode to assist in the completion of the teaching task of Vascular Surgery Clinical Nursing, and compared the learning situation and assessment results of the two groups. Results the results of the two groups were analyzed, and the results of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group; the clinical practice ability and learning initiative of the two groups were analyzed, and the experimental group was higher than the control group. Conclusion through the two groups of clinical nursing teaching research, 3D printing model can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching of vascular surgery, improve the practical operation level of nursing interns, improve their learning interest and clinical practical ability. 3D printing technology can also help intern form innovative thinking and develop positive learning habits, so it can be applied and promoted in various Clinical Nursing teaching.

  3D打印是一N将人体结构转换成物理模型的制造技术。3D打印模型是运用技术打造的模型数据,相比传统的影像资料来说,其具有直观性、形象性的特征。3D打印技术可以在特定的数字设计基础上,通过在连续层中沉积材料,达到物理模拟的效果。由于3D打印技术可以建立任意的几何机构,因此其可以广泛应用于有关血管疾病的外科治疗之中。血管外科临床护理教学中应用3D打印技术是对传统教学的一次突破。随着3D打印模型技术的飞速发展,在血管外科临床护理教学中进行有效应用可以改变传统单一的外科护理教学方式,改变落后的外科护理教学评价方法,综合提高临床护理教学的效率。因此,有必要深入研究3D打印模型在血管外科临床护理教学中的应用,有效确保血管外科临床护理教学的应用效果。
  一、资料与方法
  (一)一般资料
  选取2019年5月到2019年10月在我科的护理实习生共50名,以电脑随机抽取的方式分为对照组和实验组,每组各25人。其中,对照组的男女比例为1∶3,实验组的男女比例为1∶4,两组学生的年龄均在(21±0.57)岁左右,由于一般资料的差距比较小,因此具有较强的可比性[1]。
