基于ABC分类库存管理法分析并优化药品库存管理

[摘要]目的通^ ABC 分类库存管理法分析泉州市第一医院城东院区药品库存,为后续药品库存管理、优化提供依据。方法通过众邦中国医院信息系统西药库工作站导出2019―2020年库存数据,根据2020年药品出库金额对药品降序排列处理,计算药品出库金额的累计占比并进行分类;以药品周转率和周转天数为指标评估2020年药品库存,并评价库存管理实施前后药品库存情况。结果 A、B、C 类药物品种数占比分别为13.88%、25.51%和60.61%,出库额占比为59.81%、30.16%和10.03%,其中 A 类药品主要为抗肿瘤药物、抗菌药物、心血管系统药物、消化系统药物和血液系统药物;库存情况达标品种占比为92.03%,出库金额占比为99.66%;2020年药品总体周转率为262.50%,平均周转天数为11.43 d,平均库存为7442381.40元,而2019年药品总体周转率为173.21%,平均周转天数为17.3 d,平均库存为12948291.60元。结论 ABC 法可提高药品周转率、优化药品库存管理,且当前药品库存较为合理。

Analysis and optimization of drug inventory management based on ABC method of stores control

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the drug inventory in the Chengdong Branch of Quanzhou First Hospital by using the Activity Based Classification (ABC) method of stores control, so as to provide a basis for subsequent drug inventory management and optimization. Methods The inventory data of 2019 to 2020 were exported through the workstation of the western medicine library of Zhongbang China Hospital Information System, and the drugs were processed in descending order based on the amount of drugs out of storage in 2020, and the cumulative percentage of the amount of drugs out of inventory was calculated and classified. With the drug turnover rate and turnover days as indicators, the drug inventory in 2020 was evaluated, and the drug inventory before and after the implementation of inventory management was also evaluated. Results The number of varieties of drugs in categories A, B and C accounted for 13.88%, 25.51% and 60.61%, respectively, and the amount of drugs out of inventory accounted for 59.81%, 30.16% and 10.03%, respectively. The drugs in category A were mainly antitumor drugs, antibacterial drugs, drugs for cardiovascular system, digestive system and hematological system. The drug varieties with inventory reaching standard accounted for 92.03%, with the amount of drugs out of inventory accounting for 99.66%. The overall turnover rate of drugs in 2020 was 262.50%, with an average turnover day of 11.43 days and an average inventory of 7442381.40 yuan, while the overall turnover rate of drugs in 2019 was 173.21%, with an average turnover day of 17.3 days and the average inventory of 12948291.60 yuan. Conclusion ABC method improves drug turnover rate, optimizes drug inventory management, and rationalizes current drug inventory.
