基于“互联网+”的翻转课堂结合PBL教学法在护理管理学教学中的应用

  [摘要]目的分析基于“互联网+”的翻转课堂结合以问题为导向(PBL)教学法在护理管理学教学中的应用效果。方法随机选取2021年4―7月运城护理职业学院的两个班级为研究对象,其中普通组( n=45)给予传统大班授课,教改组( n=45)给予基于“互联网+”的翻转课堂结合 PBL 教W法授课。比较两组学生的考核成绩、学习效果,并比较两组学生对教学效果的满意度。结果教改组学生的护理管理学理论成绩和论文成绩均高于普通组,差异有统计学意义( P <0.05);教改组学生对课堂的兴趣、学习积极性和潜能发挥、教学过程的组织、教学方法新颖性、团队协作、自主学习能力、沟通交流及表达能力、分析解决问题的能力、创新性思维能力、理论与实践的联系、课外资料的获取利用、总体教学效果的评价均高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);教改组学生对提高自主学习能力、激发学习兴趣、更好地掌握理论知识、提高综合分析问题能力、对教学方法认可的满意率均高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论基于“互联网+”的翻转课堂结合 PBL 教学法能够改善护理管理学的教学效果,提高学生掌握度和满意度。

  Application of "internet+" based flipped classroom combined with PBL teaching method in nursing management teaching

  [Abstract] Objective To analyze the application effect of "internet+" based flipped classroom combined with problem-based learning (PBL) teaching method in nursing management teaching. Methods A total of 90 students in two classes in Yuncheng Vocational Nursing College from April to July 202 were randomly selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into the ordinary group (n=45) and the teaching reform group (n=45). The ordinary group adopted the conventional large classroom teaching, while the teaching reform group adopted the "internet+" based flipped classroom combined with PBL teaching method. The assessment results and learning effects of students were compared between the two groups, and the satisfaction of students with the teaching effects was compared between the two groups. Results The scores of nursing management theory and thesis in the teaching reform group were both higher than those in the ordinary group, with statistically significant differences (P <0.05). The evaluations of students in the teaching reform group on classroom interest, learning enthusiasm and potential exertion, organization of teaching process, novelty of teaching methods, teamwork, autonomous learning ability, communication and expression ability, analyzing and solving problems ability, innovative thinking ability, connection between theory and practice, acquisition and utilization of extracurricular materials, and overall teaching effect were all higher than those in the ordinary group, with statistically significant differences (P <0.05). The satisfaction rates of students in the teaching reform group on improving their autonomous learning ability, stimulating their learning interest, mastering theoretical knowledge better, improving their ability to make a comprehensive analysis of problems, and approving teaching methods were all higher than those in the ordinary group, with statistically significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion Based on the "internet+", the flipped classroom combined with PBL teaching method can improve the teaching effect of nursing management and increase students'mastery and satisfaction.
