产教深度融合下湖南涉农高职院校新型职业农民培训路径

  摘要:加快构建适应湖南现代农业发展、乡村建设急需的高素质农民队伍是践行湖南“三高四新”战略的重要基础,因此继续加强新型职业农民培训势在必行。湖南涉农高职院校一直是湖南新型职业农民培训的重要力量。文章首先总结了产教深度融合下湖南涉农高职院校新型职业农民培训探索实践:坚持职业培训与产业结合,搭建产教融合新型职业农民培训专业平台;发挥职业教育集团优势,构建产教融合培训新型职业农民新模式;优化产教融合新型职业农民培训方案。在该基础上结合湖南农村产业发展和农民培训需求,从培训对象、培训内容、培训方式和培训机制4个方面提出了优化策略。

  Training Path of New Professional Farmers in Hunan Agriculture Related Higher Vocational Colleges under the Deep Integration of Industry and Education

  Abstract: Accelerating the construction of high-quality farmers to meet the urgent needs of modern agricultural development and rural construction in Hunan is an important basis for practicing Hunan’s "three high and four new" strategy. Therefore, it is imperative to continue to strengthen the training of new vocational farmers. Hunan agriculture related vocational colleges have always been an important force in the training of new vocational farmers in Hunan. Firstly, this paper summarizes the exploration and practice of new vocational farmers’ training in Hunan agriculture related Higher Vocational Colleges under the deep integration of industry and education: adhere to the combination of vocational training and industry, and build a professional platform for new vocational farmers’training under the integration of industry and education; give full play to the advantages of vocational education groups and build a new model of industry education integration training for new professional farmers; optimize the training program for new vocational farmers integrating industry and education. On this basis, combined with the rural industrial development and farmers’ training needs in Hunan, this paper puts forward some optimization strategies from four aspects: training object, training content, training mode and training mechanism.

  乡村振兴战略已成为新时代“三农”工作的重要着力点,培养和造就懂农业、爱农村、爱农民的新型职业农民队伍,是涉r高职院校的义不容辞的历史使命。为加快培育适应现代农业需求的湖南高素质农民队伍,2020年8月31日,湖南省农业农村厅印发《2020年湖南省高素质农民教育培训工作方案》,《方案》指出:2020年继续发挥有意愿承担农民培训任务的涉农高等院校的主体作用和影响力,围绕地方现代农业发展和全产业链需要,加强农民教育培训体系建设,广泛培养高水平高素质技术技能人才[1]。湖南涉农高职院校可以以此为契机,充分发挥专业优势、规模优势、人才优势、技能优势和智力优势,进一步提升学校产教融合发展的能力,创新育人模式,加大新型职业农民的培养,实现高职教育内涵式发展。
  1 相关概念界定
  1.1 产教深度融合
  产教深度融合是产业与教育的深度合作,是职业院校为提高其人才培养质量而与行业企业开展的深度合作[2]。对于推进职业院校实现应用型、技术技能型人才培养,促进院校的教学科研与产业相结合,提升科技成果转化率,促进我国经济发展新旧动能持续转化,打造产业的核心竞争优势,具有非常重要的意义。
