基于CiteSpace知识图谱探讨针灸治疗便秘研究的可视化分析

　　[摘要]目的基于CiteSpace知R图谱探讨针灸治疗便秘的研究现状及未来发展方向。方法以 CNKI、维普、万方、PubMed 等数据库作为数据来源，检索各库1960年1月1日至2022年1月31日针灸治疗便秘的相关研究文献，利用CiteSpace系统对作者、研究机构、发表时间、关键词等数据进行可视化分析。结果检索到针灸治疗便秘的相关文献共1282篇，筛选后纳入584篇。分析结果显示，以王玲玲为代表的研究团体之间的合作关系较为紧密;相关研究的高产机构以湖南中医药大学第二附属医院为代表;该类研究形成了“便秘”“天枢”“中风”“帕金森病”等天然聚类。近年来，针灸治疗便秘研究方向主要集中于不同的针灸疗法对慢性便秘、中风后便秘、帕金森病伴便秘临床疗效差异的研究。结论针灸治疗各种复杂性便秘的研究正处于蓬勃发展时期，本研究以知识图谱的形式对该领域的研究特点及趋势作出直观展示，以期为针灸治疗便秘的深入研究提供相关借鉴。

　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the current status and future development direction of the study on acupuncture for constipation based on the CiteSpace knowledge graph. Methods The literature related to the study on acupuncture for constipation included in CNKI， VIP， Wanfang， PubMed and other databases from January 1， 1960 to January 31， 2022 was retrieved， and data including authors， research institutions， publication time， and keywords were visually analyzed using the CiteSpace system. Results A total of 584 of 1282 retrieved relevant articles on acupuncture for constipation were screened out and included in this study. Through analysis， it was found that there was a strong cooperation relationship among the research groups represented by WANG Lingling. High-yield institutions for related study were represented by the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine. This category of study has formed natural clusters such as "constipation""Tianshu""stroke" and "Parkinson's disease". In recent years， the study on acupuncture for constipation mainly focused on the differences in clinical efficacy of different acupuncture therapies for chronic constipation， post-stroke constipation， and Parkinson's disease with constipation. Conclusion The study on acupuncture for various types of complex constipation is in a vigorous development period， and this study presents the characteristics and trends of study in this field in the form of knowledge graph， aiming to provide a relevant reference for further study on acupuncture for constipation.
