中国跳水队在东京奥运会的备战策略、比赛表现以及在新奥运会周期的备战对策

摘 要：在东京奥运会，中国跳水队取得了奥运会参赛以来的最佳成绩。当前，正值2024年巴黎奥运会备战周期，为巩固中国跳水队的竞技实力，同时为备战巴黎奥运会提出竞训建议。运用录像观察法，依据“2019年国际泳联世界跳水系列赛”“2019年世界游泳锦标赛”“2021年国际泳联跳水世界杯”确定了中国跳水队在东京奥运会的夺冠竞争对手;以科技为支撑，通过提高科学化训练水平增强了中国跳水队在东京奥运会的备战实效。通过分析东京奥运会跳水项目奖牌榜排名前八的国家体育代表队夺冠选手、中国跳水运动员在东京奥运会的比赛表现、中国跳水队在东京奥运会的夺冠竞争对手的比赛表现，提出中国跳水队备战2024年巴黎奥运会的对策：完善夺冠竞争对手信息情报服务机制，加强对夺冠竞争对手的分析;发挥跳水项目科学训练保障团队优势，细化巴黎奥运会周期备战计划;加强中国跳水队思想教育工作，正确认识巴黎奥运会夺冠的参赛形势;进一步提高训练科学化水平，确保中国跳水项目奥运选手的最佳竞技状态。

Abstract：In Tokyo Olympic Games， the Chinese diving team achieved the best results in its Olympic participation history. At present， during the preparation cycle for Paris 2024 Olympic Games， this research sets put forward competition and training suggestions for consolidating the competitive strength of the Chinese diving team and the preparation for Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Using the video observation method， the competitors of the Chinese diving team in the Tokyo Olympic Games are determined according to the 2019 FINA World Diving Series， the 2019 World Swimming Championships and the 2021 FINA Diving World Cup. With science and technology as the support， the effectiveness of China’s diving team’s preparations for the Tokyo Olympic Games is improved through enhancing scientific training. By analyzing the top eight national sports team winners in the diving medal list， the competition performance of Chinese divers and the competition performance of foreign competitors in the Tokyo Olympic Games， this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the Chinese diving team to prepare for Paris 2024 Olympic Games： improving the information and intelligence service mechanism of winning competitors， and strengthen the analysis of the winning competitors; give full play to the advantages of scientific training and support team of diving events and refine the periodic preparation plan for the Paris Olympic Games; strengthen the ideological education of the Chinese diving team and correctly understand the participating situation of winning Paris 2024 Olympic Games; and further improve the scientific level of training to ensure the best competitive state of Chinese diving Olympic athletes.

2021年8月8日，|京奥运会（本文仅指第三十二届东京夏季奥运会）历经17天顺利落下帷幕。在该届奥运会中，中国奥运健儿顽强拼搏、奋勇争先，为中国体育代表团夺得奖牌88枚。其中：金牌共计38枚、银牌共计32枚、铜牌共计18枚，处于东京奥运会金牌榜总数排序第2位，奖牌榜总数排序第2位，追平了中国体育代表团境外参加奥运会的最好成绩[1]。跳水项目作为中国竞技体育传统优势项目，在东京奥运会延续了历史性的辉煌成绩，在8个单项比赛中共获得了7枚金牌和5枚银牌[2]。笔者所在课题组承担了东京奥运会中国跳水队备战信息情报服务工作，长期搜集中国跳水队在东京奥运会夺冠竞争对手的信息并进行分析，为巩固中国跳水队竞技实力，以及为中国跳水队备战2024年巴黎奥运会提供竞训依据。
