基于SD的学术社交网络科研协同行为演化博弈分析

  摘要:[目的/意义]学术社交网络平台为科研人员协同创新行为提供了可能。但科研人员协同参与和平台协同功能供给之间存在复杂交互关系,厘清二者间博弈关系,有利于改进学术服务平台和提升科研人员协作效率。[方法/过程]基于有限理性人假设,构建演化博弈模型,通过复制动态方程求解博弈双方不同策略下的演化路径,并利用系统动力学对策略选择进行稳定性和敏感性分析。[结果/结论]研究结果表明:学术社交网络科研协同行为演化博弈系统有(协同,支持)和(不协同,不支持)两条演化稳定策略;博弈双方收益、额外收益、扩散价值会正向影响系统演化为(协同,支持)策略,博弈双方的成本与损失会反向影响系统演化为(协同,支持)策略。因此,平台可以优化注册机制、完善群组(Group)等功能,促进科研人员参与协同行为。

  Evolutionary Game Analysis of Scientific Research Collaborative
  Behavior in Academic Social Networks Using System DynamicsZhang YaokunWu RuiZong Jinxing

  Abstract:[Purpose/Significance]Academic social network platform provides the possibility for collaborative innovation behavior of researchers.However,there is a complex interaction between the collaborative participation of researchers and the collaborative function supply of the platform.To clarify the game relationship between the two is beneficial to improve the academic service platform and enhance the collaborative efficiency of researchers.[Method/Process]Based on the hypothesis of bounded rational man,an evolutionary game model was constructed,and the evolutionary paths of different strategies were solved by replicating dynamic equations.The stability and sensitivity of strategy selection were analyzed by using system dynamics.[Result/Conclusion]The results show that there are two evolutionarily stable strategies in the evolutionary game system of collaborative behavior in academic social networks(collaborative and supportive)and(un-collaborative and unsupportive).The benefit,extra benefit and diffusion value of both sides of the game will positively influence the system to evolve into(collaborative and supportive)strategy,while the cost and loss of both sides of the game will negatively influence the system to evolve into(collaborative and supportive)strategy.Therefore,the platform can optimize the registration mechanism,improve the function of groups,and promote the participation and collaboration of researchers.

  随着学科领域的交叉融合与科研任务的日益复杂,科研人员协同创新已经成为科学研究的主要方式。科研协同不仅促进不同学科背景的科研人员知识交流,实现知识的集成[1],也提升科研人员的工作效率。社交网络平台的发展可以拓展科研人员的协同方式,专用型的社交网络平台(如学术社交网络平台)的便捷、协作等特征与科研协同创新的“交流”与“协同”两大特征具有高度的契合性。科研人T可以在学术社交网络平台上进行知识交流、搜索、共享等,从而促进科研协同创新。学术社交网络平台逐渐成为不同学科背景的科研人员协同创新的主要工具[2],科研人员在平台上与不同国家(地区)、不同机构、不同学科的学者进行协同已经成为现实。典型的学术社交网络平台有ResearchGate、Academia.edu、科研之友等,ResearchGate上有70多位诺贝尔奖获得者参与其中,科研人员能在学术社交网络上关注这些领军人物的动态,甚至是与其进行交流学习,从而提升自己的科研水平,创造更多的科研成果。
