基于WeChat Public平台MOOC教学模式在麻醉外科规范化培训中的应用效果

  [摘要] 目的 探将微信公众(WeChat Public)平台与慕课(MOOC)的教学模式应用于麻醉外科住院医师规范化培训教学中的效果。 方法 选择2018年1月至2019年11月来台州市第一人民医院麻醉外科进行住院医师规范化培训的学员42名,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各21名,观察组接受WeChat Public平台上MOOC的学习,对照组采用集中带教与个体学习相结合的方式传统教学模式,以问卷调查和出科考试评估两组(教学内容、教学方式、教学理论知识掌握度、教学技能掌握度、教学行为满意度)效果。 结果 观察组在理论知识、操作技能、临床思维能力、医患沟通能力等方面成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在问卷调查评分总分上比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对教学方式的感兴趣程度、操作知识的掌握程度以及教学行为满意度等方面的评分观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 对基于WeChat Public 平台的MOOC教学模式的实施可明显提高教学质量。

  [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of applying WeChat Public platform and MOOC teaching model in the standardized training and teaching of residents of anesthesiology. Methods A total of 42 trainees who received standardized training of residents in the Department of Anesthesiology of Taizhou First People′s Hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were selected. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 21 trainees in each group. The observation group was given MOOC learning on the WeChat Public platform, the control group was given conventional teaching model as a combination of centralized teaching and individual learning. The effect was evaluated using questionnaire survey and subject examination (teaching content, teaching method, mastery of teaching theory knowledge, mastery of teaching skills, and satisfaction with teaching behavior). Results The scores in the observation group in terms of theoretical knowledge, operational skills, clinical thinking ability, physician-patient communication ability and other aspects were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). There was a significant difference in total score of questionnaire survey between the two groups(P<0.05). The scores in the observation group in terms of interest in teaching method,mastery of operational knowledge, and satisfaction with teaching behavior were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of MOOC teaching model based on WeChat Public platform can significantly improve the quality of teaching.
