They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 44 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing mode, while observation group was additionally given WeChat groupbased continuous nursing mode. Both groups were continuously nursed for 2 months. The nursing effects were compared between the two groups. The self-care ability in both groups was compared by exerciseofself-care agencyscale (ESCA).The hand function in both groups was evaluated by Michigan hand outcomes questionnaire (MHQ).The quality of life was compared by Generic quality of Life Inventory-74 (GQOLI-74). Results After nursing, overall good rate of hand function in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (86.36% vs 68.18%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Scores ofself-concept, self-nursing skills, self-responsibility and health knowledge level were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Scores of appearance, hand satisfaction, work conditions, daily activities and overall function, and total scorewere significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Scores of physical health, social function, material life and psychological health were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05).
