PDCA护理辅助微针导入在面部年轻化治疗中的应用价值分析

　　[摘要]目的：探PDCA护理辅助微针导入在面部年轻化治疗中的应用价值。方法：选取2016年5月-2018年3月内江市第一人民医院行面部年轻化治疗的就医者作为研究对象，总共102例。依据随机数字表法分为常规组（51例）和研究组（51例），两组均进行微针导入自体富血小板血浆（PRP）治疗，其中常规组实施常规护理，研究组实施PDCA护理，两组均护理5周及以上。观察比较两组临床疗效，治疗后面部参数变化，治疗前后心理评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果：研究组总有效率为96.08%，显著高于常规组总有效率80.39%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，研究组面部提升、眉部提升、鼻唇沟提升程度均高于常规组（P<0.05）。治疗后，研究组和常规组心理评分均降低，且研究组心理评分低于常规组（P<0.05）。研究组不良反应发生率为3.92%，显著低于常规组不良反应发生率19.61%（P<0.05）。结论：对行面部年轻化治疗的就医者实施PDCA护理辅助微针导入，具有明显的疗效提升效果，可进一步改善面部症状，缓解负面的情绪反应，降低医治过程中的不良反应。

　　Application Value of PDCA Nursing Assisted Microneedle Introduction in Facial Rejuvenation Treatment

　　Abstract： Objective To explore the application value of PDCA nursing assisted microneedle introduction in the treatment of facial rejuvenation. Methods A total of 102 patients were selected between May 2016 and March 2018 for facial rejuvenation treatment in our hospital. They were divided into the conventional group （51 cases） and the research group （51 cases） by random number method. The two groups were treated with micro-needle introduction of autologous platelet-rich plasma （PRP）. The conventional group received routine nursing and the research group implemented PDCA nursing. All care for 5 weeks and above. Results The general effective rate in the research group was 96.08%， which was obviously higher than the general effective rate in the conventional group 80.39% （P<0.05）. After treatment， the facial lift， eyebrow elevation and nasolabial elevation in the research group were higher than the conventional group （P<0.05）. After treatment， the scores of psychological in the research group and the conventional group were lower， and the score of psychological in the research group was lower than that in the conventional group （P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 3.92%， which was obviously lower than that in the conventional group （19.61%） （P<0.05）. Conclusion For patients undergoing facial rejuvenation treatment， PDCA nursing-assisted microneedle introduction has a significant effect of improving the efficacy， which can further improve facial symptoms， relieve negative emotional reactions， and reduce adverse reactions during treatment.
