“培土生金”针法对重症肺炎机械通气患者脱机疗效的探究

　　 【摘要】 目的：探究“培土生金”法对重症肺炎机械通气患者脱机疗效的影响。方法：选取2020年1月-2021年6月江西省中西医结合医院收治的重症肺炎机械通气患者80例，采用简单随机分组方法按照随机的奇偶顺序分为对照组（奇数）和试验组（偶数），每组40例。对照组采用常规的西医疗法，试验组在对照组基础上采用“培土生金”针法。比较两组临床疗效、机械通气时间、呼吸机相关性肺炎（VAP）发生率和脱机成功率以及临床肺部感染评分（CPIS）和中医症候积分。结果：试验组总有效率为97.50%，显著高于对照组的72.50%（P<0.05）。试验组机械通气时间短于对照组，VAP发生率低于对照组，脱机成功率高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组CPIS评分和中医症候积分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗后，两组CPIS评分和中医症候积分均较治疗前降低，试验组均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：“培土生金”针法对重症肺炎机械通气患者脱机疗效显著。

　　 [Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of “Peitushengjin” acupuncture method on the weaning effect of mechanical ventilated patients with severe pneumonia. Method： A total of 80 mechanical ventilated patients with severe pneumonia from January 2020 to June 2021 in Jiangxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected， a simple random grouping method was used to divide them into the control group （odd numbers） and the test group （even numbers） according to random odd-even order， 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine， and the test group was given the “Peitushengjin” acupuncture method on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy， mechanical ventilation time， ventilator-associated pneumonia （VAP） incidence and weaning success rate， clinical pulmonary infection score （CPIS） and TCM syndrome score were compared between two groups. Result： The total effective rate of the test group was 97.50%， which was significantly higher than 72.50% of the control group （P<0.05）. The mechanical ventilation time of the test group was shorter than that of the control group， the incidence of VAP was lower than that in the control group， and the success rate of weaning was higher than that in the control group （P<0.05）. There were no significant differences in CPIS scores and TCM syndrome scores between two groups before treatment （P>0.05）; after treatment， the CPIS scores and TCM syndrome scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment， and the test group were lower than those of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： “Peitushengjin” acupuncture method has a significant effect on weaning effect of mechanical ventilated patients with severe pneumonia.
