“互联网+早临床”模式在特色应用型人才培养的理论与实践探索

  [摘要] 目的 探“互联网+早临床”模式在特色应用型人才培养的价值。方法 观察2018年9月至2021年6月间牡丹江医学院医学影像学院2017、2018级影像诊断专业、影像技术专业、生物医学工程专业共计628名学生,将其按班级随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各314名。对照组采取传统教学模式,试验组采取“互联网+早临床”融合,比较两组教学实施前期及新模式实施后满意度情况;比较两组不同人才培养模式前、后的问卷评分及考核情况。结果 实施前试验组满意度为74.20%(233/314),对照组满意度为75.16%(236/314),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);新模式实施后试验组满意度为84.71%(266/314),对照组满意度为77.07%(242/314),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组培养模式后为(93.37±6.64)分,高于对照组培养模式后的(85.71±4.69)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 “互联网+早临床”的融合教育对医学本科生意义重大。不仅对所学的基础医学知识、临床知识的巩固,更是对学生学习兴趣培养和能力的提升具有重要意义,同时早期临床实践有助于学生人文素养的培养,此教学方法值得推广应用。

  [Abstract] Objective To explore the value of "Internet + early clinic practice" mode in the training of characteristic applied talents. Methods A total of 628 students majored in imaging diagnosis,imaging technology and biomedical engineering in grade 2017 and 2018 in the School of Medical Imaging,Mudanjiang Medical University were observed from September 2018 to June 2021. They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 314 cases in each group. The control group was received traditional teaching mode and the experimental group was received "Internet + early clinic practice". The satisfaction of patients was compared between the experimental group and the control group. The assessment of questionnaire scoring skills before and after different talent training modes between the experimental group and the control group were compared. Results The satisfaction in the experimental group was 74.20% (233/314) and that of the control group was 75.16% (236/314). After the implementation of the new model,the satisfaction of the experimental group was 84.71% (266/314) and that of the control group was 77.07% (242/314). After the teaching,the score in experimental group was (93.37±6.64) points,which was higher than that of (85.71±4.69) points in the control group ,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The integrated education of "Internet + early clinic practice" is important for medical undergraduates. It is of great significance not only to consolidate the basic medical knowledge and clinical knowledge,but also to cultivate students′ learning interest and improve their ability. At the same time,early clinic practice is helpful to cultivate students′ humanistic quality. This teaching method is worth popularizing and applying.
