耳穴贴压疗法对改善下肢创伤患者早期疼痛、肢体功能及生活质量的临床效果

　　[摘要] 目的 分析\用耳穴贴压疗法对下肢创伤患者早期疼痛、肢体功能及生活质量的影响。 方法 回顾性分析在2017年1月至2019年12月间浙江省嘉兴市中医医院收治的102例下肢创伤患者，按照治疗方式的不同，将采用常规治疗方式的51例患者分为对照组，在对照组基础上采纳耳穴贴压疗法治疗的51例患者分为研究组，比较两组临床疗效、VAS评分、FAM下肢功能评分、生活质量。 结果 研究组临床总有效率为96.08%，高于对照组的74.51%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;研究组治疗后VAS评分为（1.25±0.24）分，低于对照组（2.68±0.34）分，差异有统计学意义（P<0.001）;研究组治疗后FAM下肢功能评分（28.62±5.14）分，高于对照组（20.31±3.11）分，差异有统计学意义（P<0.001）;研究组治疗后生活质量评分为环境（78.76±8.01）分、社会（78.86±7.57）分、心理（76.37±6.52）分、生理（76.37±7.24）分，均高于对照组的环境（63.76±6.11）分、社会（63.96±5.57）分、心理（61.27±5.14）分、生理（64.57±5.25）分，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.001）。 结论 下肢创伤患者在常规治疗基础上行耳穴贴压疗法治疗，可有效地减轻疼痛、肿胀感，促进下肢功能恢复，明显改善患者生活质量，值得借鉴、推广。

　　Clinical effects of auricular point pressing therapy on improving the early pain， limb function and QOL in patients with lower limb trauma

　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effects of conventional treatment based auricular point pressing therapy on the early pain， limb function and quality of life （QOL） in patients with lower limb trauma. Methods A total of 102 patients with lower limb trauma admitted to Jiaxing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zhejiang Province from January 2017 and December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the difference of treatment methods，51 patients treated with conventional treatment were divided into the control group， and another 51 patients treated with auricular point pressing therapy on the basis of treatment of the control group were divided into the study group. The clinical efficacy， score of Visual Analogue Scale/Score （VAS）， score of lower limb function in Functional Independence Measure （FAM） and QOL scores were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 96.08%， which was higher than that of the control group of 74.51%， with statistically significant difference（P<0.05）.The VAS score of the study group （1.25±0.24）points was lower than that of the control group （2.68±0.34） points after treatment， with statistically significant difference（P<0.001）. The score of lower limb function in FAM of the study group （28.62±5.14） points was higher than that of the control group （20.31±3.11）points after treatment， with statistically significant difference（P<0.001）.The QOL scores in the study group after treatment included environmental score （78.76±8.01） points， social score （78.86±7.57） points， psychological score （76.37±6.52） points， and physical score （76.37±7.24） points， which were higher than those in the control group environmental score （63.76±6.11）points， social score （63.96±5.57） points， psychological score （61.27±5.14）points， and physiological score （64.57±5.25） points respectively，with statistically significant differences（P<0.001）. Conclusion The conventional treatment based auricular point pressing therapy for lower limb trauma patients can effectively relieve the pain and swelling，promote the recovery of lower limb function，and significantly improve the QOL of patients， which is worthy of reference and promotion.
