对老年2型糖尿病患者实施基于遗忘曲线理论的健康宣教的效果

  摘 要 目的:观察基于遗忘曲线理论的健康教育对老年2型糖尿病患者进行干预的效果。方法:选取2018年7月至2019年6月上海市嘉定区南翔镇社区卫生服务中心糖尿病门诊就诊的250例老年2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为两组各125例。其中观察组男性54例,女性71例,平均年龄(69.34±5.03)岁。对照组男性64例,女性61例,平均年龄(70.65±5.50)岁。观察组根据遗忘曲线理论的强化时间点给予宣教,对照组给予常规宣教,观察两组患者干预前后的效果。结果:干预后观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和血尿酸均低于对照组组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于对照组;观察组患者在自我血糖监测、服药依从性、足部护理、高低血糖处理等自我管理方面评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:根据遗忘曲线理论记忆时间点对老年糖尿病患者开展健康宣教可显著改善血糖管理的现状。

  Effect of health education for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus based on forgetting curve theory

  ABSTRACT Objective: To observe the effect of intervention of health education based on forgetting curve theory on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: A total of 250 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes who visited the Diabetes Clinic of Nanxiang Community Health Service Center in Jiading District, Shanghai from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into two groups with 125 cases in each group. Among them, there were 54 males and 71 females in the observation group, with an average age of (69.34±5.03) years. There were 64 males and 61 females in the control group, with an average age of (70.65±5.50) years. The observation group was given education according to the strengthening time point of the forgetting curve theory, and the control group was given routine education, and the effects of the two groups before and after intervention were observed. Results: After intervention, the fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, triacylglycerol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and blood uric acid in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, high density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group was higher than that in the control group; the self-management scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in terms of self-monitoring of blood glucose, medication compliance, foot care, and treatment of high and low blood sugar, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Conclusion: Carrying out health education for elderly diabetic patients according to the forgetting curve theory memory time point can significantly improve the current situation of blood sugar management.
