基于云班课助教下混合式教育在实习生糖尿病教育中的应用

[摘要] 目的 探讨基于云班课助教下混合式教育模式在实习生糖尿病教育中应用的效果,为实习生糖尿病教育的模式提供更好的依据。方法 选取2020年8月至2021年5月在浙江中医药大学附属第二医院内分泌科实习的护理实习生共40名,按照入科批次随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用基于云班课助教下混合式教育模式的模式,对照组采用传统模拟,4周后进行理论、操作、OSCE的考核,并填写满意度。结果 理论成绩,对照组(95.50±32.40)分,观察组(107.50±28.86)分,差无统计学意义(P>0.05);操作成绩,对照组(86.30±2.89)分,观察组(88.75±2.90)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);OSCE考核,对照组(78.40±4.31)分,观察组(82.35±1.69)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。90%以上的观察者实习生对混合式教育的课程表示满意。结论 基于云班课助教下混合式教育模式可以提高实习生的操作水平和OSCE考核能力,并且提高实习生对临床实习的满意度,值得推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of mixed education model based on cloud class teaching aid in the interns′ diabetes education, and provide a better basis for the interns′ diabetes education model. Methods A total of 40 nursing interns in endocrinology department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from August 2020 to May 2021 were selected. According to the admission batch, they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group used the mixed education model based on cloud class teaching aid, and the control group used the traditional simulation. Four weeks later, the theory, operation, and OSCE were assessed, and the satisfaction was filled in. Results The theoretical score was (95.50±32.40) points in the control group and (107.50±28.86) points in the observation group, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The operation score was (86.30±2.89) points in the control group and (88.75±2.90) points in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The OSCE examination was (78.40±4.31) points in the control group and (82.35±1.69) points in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Over 90% of the observer interns were satisfied with mixed education. Conclusion The mixed education model based on cloud class teaching aid can improve the operation level and OSCE examination ability of the interns, and improve their satisfaction with clinical practice. It is worthy of being widely popularized and applied.

糖尿病是严重威胁人类健康的慢性非传染性疾病之一[1],糖尿病的治疗过程中,患者自我管理能力是糖尿病控制与否的关键因素之一[2]。糖尿病国际联盟(International Diabetes Federation,IDF)强调健康教育是糖尿病患者成功自我管理和控制疾病的前提[3]。患者获得糖尿病知识的途径主要来自护士,护士糖尿病知识的掌握情况将直接影响糖尿病教育的质量[4]。实习生是护士的预备军,其糖尿病知识水平确参差不齐[5]。75%的实习生认为在校期间获得的糖尿病知识不能满足临床实习需要,而100%的实习生认为应该在实习期间增加糖尿病相关知识的培训[6]。所以在医院实习的一年时间内如何增加实习生的糖尿病知识的储备,理解糖尿病患者的痛苦,并在最佳时机为糖尿病患者提供个体化的糖尿病自我管理教育[2]成为关键。
