公安院校提高本科教育教学质量的措施

　　摘要：本科院校作槲夜高等教育的重要组成部分，其教学管理方式将会直接影响我国本科教育改革进程的发展。而根据目前情况来说，部分公安院校本科教育教学所具备的教学管理方式，存在教学管理工作和教学管理人员不够规范化的情况，这样的教学管理水平，使得公安本科院校能够为学生提供的教学质量和教学工作效率都比较低下，难以为社会输出优秀的教育人才。为了确保本科教育教学管理能够适应目前社会对于高校人才培养的要求，并以此去促进本科教育改革的深入推进，结合公安专业的教学特点，该文从提高公安院校本科教育教学质量的措施分析，找准优化的策略。

　　Abstract：AsanimportantpartofChina'shighereducation，theteachingmanagementmodeofundergraduatecollegeswilldirectlyaffectthedevelopmentofChina'sundergraduateeducationreformprocess.Accordingtothecurrentsituation，theteachingmanagementmethodsofundergraduateeducationandteachinginsomepublicsecuritycollegesarenotstandardizedenough.Suchateachingmanagementlevelmakestheteachingqualityandteachingefficiencythatpublicsecuritycollegescanprovidestudentsrelativelylow，anditisdifficulttooutputexcellenteducationaltalentsforthesociety.InordertoensurethatundergraduateeducationandteachingmanagementcanmeetthecurrentsocialrequirementsfortalenttraininginCollegesanduniversities，andtopromotethein-depthpromotionofundergraduateeducationreform，combinedwiththeteachingcharacteristicsofpublicsecurityspecialty，thispaperwillanalyzethemeasurestoimprovetheteachingqualityofundergraduateeducationinpublicsecuritycollegesandfindtheoptimizationstrategy.
