一流专业背景下一体三环模式金课建设研究

　　摘要：S着我国金融市场的不断改革与开放，现代商业银行也在随之不断发展，市场对商业银行的专业度要求不断提高加剧了对复合型金融人才的培养提出了更高的要求。基于对当前普遍存在的“水课”泛滥、学生真实学习严重“缺位”等现象深层次原因的分析，在结合国家最新政策、金融市场最新形式及专业培养目标调整讲授环节重点内容的同时构建一体三环的金课教学模式。“一体”即专业素养与实践技能兼具的课程;“三环”即“教师主导―学生主体”“线上线下―翻转课堂”“虚拟仿真实验实践”三个环节。通过“一体三环”模式的构建，有助于将《商业银行经营管理》打造成专业素养与实践技能兼具、学生欢迎的金课。
