新能源汽车产业升级释放发展需求思路研究

　　摘要：随着我国国内经济增速放缓，支撑高投资高储蓄的人口红利逐渐减少，现在迫切需要新的经济增长方向。新能源汽车产业体量庞大，涉及行业众多，加快推进新能源汽车产业结构升级能扩大内需，促进经济发展。随着国家乡村振兴战略的逐步推进，农村低收入人群消费需求快速增长，推进新能源汽车产业变革有利于满足较低收入人群的出行需求。目前，新能源汽车产业发展面临着一系列问题，妥善解决才能更快稳步促改革、谋发展。

　　Abstract：Domesticeconomicgrowthisslowingdown，thedemographicdividendsupportinghighinvestmentandhighsavingsisgraduallydecreasing，andnowthereisanurgentneedforanewdirectionofeconomicgrowth.Thenewenergyautomobileindustryishugeandinvolvesmanyindustries.Acceleratingthestructuralupgradeofthenewenergyautomobileindustrycanexpanddomesticdemandandpromoteeconomicdevelopment.Withthegradualpromotionofthenationalruralrevitalizationstrategy，theconsumptiondemandofrurallow-incomepeopleisgrowingrapidly，andpromotingthechangeofnewenergyautomobileindustryisconducivetomeetingthetraveldemandoflower-incomepeople.Atpresent，thedevelopmentofnewenergyvehicleindustryisfacingaseriesofproblems，whichcanbeproperlysolvedinordertopromotereformanddevelopmentmorequicklyandsteadily.

　　S着社会不断发展，人民生活水平不断提高;人民的出行需求也不断上升。随着现行标准下贫困人口全面脱贫以及乡村振兴的开展，农村地区对于汽车的需求也快速上升。但城乡地区都会因为油费支出、限行限牌、高车价、燃油车高税率等因素而减缓或停止购车行为。虽然，新能源汽车产业目前也面临着一些问题，比如电池安全性和耐用性不足、无法满足远距离出行需求、民众认可度不高等问题。但长期来看，由于“碳中和”要求逐步落实、燃油车发展进入瓶颈、新能源汽车生产架构较简单、性能强劲等因素的影响，新能源汽车逐步取代燃油车具有必然性。
