高产早熟两系杂交水稻新组合"春两优29"

摘要："春两优29"是利用"春s"作为母本与自选恢复系"R29"进行杂交选育的两系杂交水稻新组合，在2018一2019年广西金稻田水稻联合体区域试验进行的产量表现、农艺性状、生育期、抗性表现、稻米品质等测评，"春两优29"表现出高产、早熟、抗倒伏性强、易制种等特点，适宜在桂中、桂北稻区早、晚稻种植，桂南稻区早稻种植。文章同时介绍"春两优29"的育种方法及栽培技术，以期为"春两优29"品种的种植推广提供参考。

Abstract："Chun1iangyou 29" is a new two -1ine hybrid rice combination，which was crossbred with "Chun s" as the fema1e parent and se1f -se1ected restorer 1ine "R29". In the eva1uation of yie1d performance，agronomic traits，growth period，resistance performance and rice qua1ity conducted in the regiona1 experiment of rice union in Guangxi go1den paddy fie1d from 2018 to 2019，the rice showed as fo11ows characteristics： high yie1d，ear1y maturity，strong 1odging resistance，easy seed production，which was suitab1e for ear1y and 1ate rice p1anting in centra1 and northern Guangxi and ear1y rice p1anting in southern Guangxi. The paper a1so introduced the breeding methods and cu1tivation techniques of "Chun1iangyou 29"，in order to provide reference for the cu1tivation and promotion of "Chun1iangyou 29" variety.

"春两优29"系V西绿田种业有限公司和贺州市农业科学院利用"春s"作为母本与自选恢复系"R29"进行杂交选育的新组合，具有高产、早熟、抗倒伏性强、易制种等特点。2020年通过广西壮族自治区农作物品种审定委员会审定，审定编号：桂审稻2020018。对其选育过程、特征特性及栽培技术进行总结，以期为该品种的推广提供参考。
1选育过程
1.13育系的选育
"春s"由贺州市农业科学院和广西绿田种业有限公司选育而成。2008年8月，选择高产优质两系杂交水稻组合"陆两优996"（陆sX996）F2分离出来的不育株为母本，与经低温处理后的"贺s"作父本进行杂交，经过多代育性鉴别和选择目标株系，至2011年3月种植F6，发现所有株行的行间、行内整齐一致，不育系稳定。并割萸移栽到金秀高海拔田再生繁殖原原种。同年，在贺州用其与多个恢复系进行测配，发现大部分组合表现优秀。定名为"春s"。
1.2恢复系的选育
"R29"是广西绿田种业有限公司利用"明恢63"作母本，"桂99"作父本，采用去雄杂交技术，经单株自交多代系统选择而育成的中熟型恢复系，其亲缘由"明恢63"/"桂99"组成。2011年8月，在贺州种植F1，分离严重，选择优良可育单株10株。再经过在贺州、三亚的加代择优选择，至2015年春季，种植F8，发现行间无差异，恢复系稳定。2016年春季，对父本进行优中选优，加代提纯，最终人选群体性状一致、恢复系性能稳定，代号"16R29"，恢复系暂定名"R29"。
