燃油加油机实际检测中存在的问题及对策探究

【摘 要】随着时代的发展，我国综合实力与社会经济水平的提高，带动着我国汽车行业的快速发展，大量汽车与人们日常生活的融合，极大地提高了人们的日常生活水平，并在另一方面提高了对相关燃油的需求。为了保障燃油质量，同时满足油品市场的需求，相关人员需要加强燃油加油机检测水平的提高，同时借助现代化检测技术与设备，降低检测过程中的问题出现概率，并对已出现的问题进行合理解决，对燃油质量及消费者自身经济效益进行保障，进而促进相关领域的进步与发展。论文将主要对燃油加油机实际检测中存在的问题及解决对策进行深入研究。
【Abstract】 With the development of the times， the improvement of the comprehensive strength and social economic level in China， the automobile industry in our country has been developed rapidly. The integration of a large number of cars and people's daily life has greatly improved people's daily living standards， and on the other hand， increased the demand for related fuel oil. In order to ensure the quality of fuel oil and meet the needs of the oil market， relevant personnel needs to strengthen the improvement of the detection level of fuel dispenser， and reduce the probability of problems in the detection process with the help of modern detection technology and equipment， and solve the existing problems reasonably， so as to guarantee the quality of fuel oil and the economic benefits of consumers， and then promote the progress and development of related fields. This paper will mainly analyze the problems in the actual detection of fuel dispenser and the solutions.

1 燃油加油机的具体类型
通常情况下，为了满足不同方向的需要，燃油加油机在应用的过程中也存在不同的类型，其中主要以动力泵类型、防爆结构、显示方式、加油机流量及计量单元等方面为基础进行划分。以动力泵类型为基础划分的加油机主要以潜油泵与机内部泵两类为主;以防爆结构为基础划分的加油机则包含一体式及隔离防爆式加油机;以显示方式为基础进行划分的主要有电子显示及机械显示两类;以加油机流量为基础划分的可以分为高速式与普通式加油机。最后，以计量单元为基础进行划分的主要有双枪、单枪及多枪等加油机[1]。
2 燃油加油机实际检测过程需要遵守的要求
2.1 实际检测计量性能方面的要求
研究表明，在对燃油加油机进行实际检测过程中有关计量性能方面的要求主要有以下几个方面：加油机燃油流量方面的要求;燃油加油机自身体积的最小值变化量;燃油加油机实际测量的大小要求;实际测量过程中变化器流量的变化要求;燃油加油机自身误差范围的要求;燃油加油机内部变化器误差范围的要求;使用燃油加油机付费过程的要求。
2.2 实际检测通用技术方面的要求
在对燃油加油机进行实际检测的过程中，应用通用技术时同样需要遵守一定的要求，具体如下：燃油加油机指示装置方面的要求;燃油加油机内部编码器方面的要求;燃油加油机内部计控主板方面的要求;燃油加油机防爆性能方面的要求;加油机自身外观方面的要求;加油机电磁兼容性能方面的要求;加油机内部流量测量变化器方面的要求;加油机应用环境方面的要求;加油机内部油气分享器方面的要求;加油机自身运转稳定性的要求;加油机自身软管方面的要求。
