舒适护理应用于手术室护理工作中效果观察

　　 【摘要】 目的：观察在手术室护理中应用舒适护理的效果。方法：笔者所在医院手术室2013年1月-2015年12月收治择期手术患者总计60例，随机数字法分成两组，每组30例，对照组采取常规手术室中护理干预，舒适组采取舒适护理干预。比较两组护理干预前、后焦虑、抑郁评分，手术结束后患者手术室中感觉舒适度评分及对手术室护理的满意度。结果：护理干预后舒适组SDS、SAS评分明显低于对照组，且舒适组患者舒适度评分明显高于对照组，舒适组满意率高达100%，对照组为86.67%，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在手术室护理工作中，采取舒适护理模式干预，可有效减少患者焦虑、抑郁的不良心理状态，提升患者对手术室中的舒适度，拉近护患距离，获得更高的护理满意度，效果理想。

　　 【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the effect of applying comfort nursing in operating room nursing.Method：A total of 60 patients undergoing elective surgery in the operating room of our hospital were admitted recently（from January 2013 to December 2015），and were divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group by random number method.Routine operating room nursing intervention was set as the control group，and comfort nursing intervention was set as the comfort group.The scores of anxiety and depression before surgery，anesthesia and patients’ satisfaction with operating room nursing were analyzed.Result：SDS and SAS scores before surgery showed no significant difference between the two groups（P>0.05）.After the nursing intervention，the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group，and the comfort scores of the comfort group was significantly higher than that of the control group，with statistically significant differences（P<0.001）.Satisfaction rate of the comfort group was as high as 100%，and that of the control group was 86.67%.The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：In the operating room nursing work，the adoption of comfortable nursing mode intervention can effectively reduce patients’ anxiety and depression adverse psychological state，improve patients’ comfort in the operating room，narrow the distance between patients and nurses，and obtain higher nursing satisfaction，with ideal results.

　　 外科學飞速发展背景下，手术治疗被广泛应用于临床治疗。伴随着我国居民对治疗的要求升高，对护理的要求也随之升高，不但追求护理效果，更对舒适度有着较高的要求[1]。手术室护理作为临床护理重要组成部分，不容忽视。就大多数患者来讲，其并不了解手术室情况及环境，进入前往往会产生恐惧、紧张心理，对患者生命体征、治疗依从性等具有负面影响，难以保证手术质量。为缓解或消除患者心理压力，通过相关护理措施降低患者接受护理过程中心理不适感，是以患者为本的新型护理模式[2-4]，为手术正常有效进行提供有力保障。为进一步明晰舒适护理的临床效果，笔者所在医院手术室2013年1月-2015年12月收治择期手术患者总计60例，分别采取常规手术室中护理与舒适护理，现做如下报道。
