　　前言：
　　癌症在世界各地均有发生（发病）但有的地方发病率高，有的地方发病率低。
　　在中国食道癌好发于河南林县（现林州市），肝癌好发于江苏启东、海门、上海。大肠癌好发于浙江海宁，鼻咽癌好发于广东，有（广东瘤）之称，肺癌及其它癌症的发病相对均匀一些。城市高于农村，为什么会是这样的呢？可能与哪些地方（域）的环境、气候、水源、饮食、土壤中的有毒、有害物质金属过重有关。
　　1、调查：
　　经过我们十年对上述复地区的调查我们发现癌症的高发地区，是某些癌症高发，而其它癌症却较少发生，甚致是不发生其它癌症。只使是发生其它癌症，其比例也比其它地区同类癌症的比例小20―30%。
　　2、疑问？
　　为什么有些地区（域）是好发（高发）一种癌症，而其它方面的癌症的发病又低于其它地方呢？
　　3、分析结论
　　我们得出的分析结论是，癌症好发地区的饮食、气候、水等只针对高发区的人的某个脏器易受到伤害。
　　a、如食道癌为什么好发河南林县（林州市）我们得出的结论是林县地区的水和土壤中的重金属物质。那个地区的人的食道上皮细胞耐不了哪里的水和土壤中的重金属物质的侵蚀和伤害，久而久之导致食道上皮细胞产生变异，变成了癌细胞。
　　b、好发于江苏、启东、海门的肝癌与林县的情况是相类似的，不同的是他们发病的脏器不同而已。
　　c、如发于广东的（广东瘤）鼻咽癌，我们得出的结论是气候、气温使生活在哪里的人们的鼻咽上皮细胞耐受不了哪种伤害，久而久之导致鼻咽上皮细胞产生变异，变成了癌细胞。
　　4、为什么食道癌、肝癌、鼻咽癌高发区，其它癌症的发病又少于其它地方呢？
　　我们得出的结论是，那些土方的重金属物质只对食物细胞、肝癌细胞、鼻咽细胞伤害敏感！对其它脏器的细胞伤害不敏感！所以就出现了某种癌症高发，某种癌症少发！

　　Introduction:
　　Cancer occurs (pothogenesy) throughout the whole world, but the incidence rate is high in some regions while in some other regions it is low.
　　In China, esophageal cancer most often occurs in Lin County in Henan Province (now the city of Linzhou); the predilection regions of liver cancer are Qidong and Haimen in Jiangsu Province and Shanghai; colorectal cancer most frequently occurs in Haining, Zhejiang Province; nasopharyngeal darcinoma, what is renowned as Guangdong tumor, most often occurs in Guangdong Province and the incidence rate of lung cancer and other cancers is relatively well-distributed. Besides, the incidence rate of cancers is higher in cities than that in rural areas. Why is it such a case? Possibly it is related to the environment, climate, water, food and excessive metal in the toxic and hazardous substances from soil in those regions.
　　1. Survey:
　　Through our ten years of survey of the above-mentioned regions, we found that in cancer-prone regions, certain cancers have high incidence rate, while other types of cancers are less common or even never occur. Even though other cancers occur, the proportion of incidence is 20-30% lower than that of homogeneous cancers in other regions.
　　2. Doubts?
　　Why certain cancer tends to afflict people in some regions while the incidence rate of other cancers is lower than that in other regions?
　　3. Analysis and conclusion
　　The conclusion we have made is that the diet, climate and water in the predilection regions of cancers is only specific to a certain organ, which is vulnerable to injuries.
　　a. For example, why does the esophageal cancer most often occur in Lin County in Henan Province (now the city of Linzhou)? We conclude that the reason can be attributed to the heavy metal substances in the water and soil in Lin County. People’s esophageal epithelial cells in that region cannot resist the erosion and injury caused by the heavy metal substances in the water and soil. In the long run, the esophageal epithelial cells mutate, and turn into cancer cells.
　　b. The case in Qidong and Haimen in Jiangsu Province, which is the predilection region of liver cancer, is similar to that in Lin County. The distinction lies in the different organs that are attacked.
　　c. As to the nasopharyngeal darcinoma (Guangdong tumor), which most often occurs in Guangdong Province, we have made such a conclusion that people’s nasopharyngeal epithelial cells in that region are not tolerant to the injuries caused by the climate and temperature there. As time passes, it leads to the variation of nasopharyngeal epithelial cells and then the variation turn into cancer cells.
　　4. In the predilection region of esophagus cancer, liver cancer and nasopharyngeal darcinoma, why is the incidence rate of other types of cancers lower than that in other places?
　　Our conclusion is that the heavy metal substances in those regions are only sensitive to the injuries caused by food cells, liver cancer cells and nasopharyngeal cells rather than that caused by other organ cells! So it is the case that the incidence rate of certain cancer is high while that of other cancers is low!
