脑梗死恢复期患者施行康复护理的效果

摘要：目的 观察脑梗死恢复期患者施行康复护理的效果。方法 选择2018年6月～2019年6月在我院诊治的脑梗死患者102例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各51例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组实施针对性康复护理，比较两组临床护理总有效率、肢体功能评分、日常生活能力评分、护理满意度。结果 观察组临床护理总有效率为94.11%，高于对照组的80.39%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗后两组肢体功能评分、日常生活能力评分均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组护理满意度为98.03%，高于对照组的82.35%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 脑梗死恢复期患者施行康复护理可促进患者肢体功能恢复，提高日常生活能力评分，并且获得较高的满意度，进一步改善了患者生活质量，效果较好。

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing for Patients with Cerebral Infarction Recovery Period

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation nursing on patients with cerebral infarction recovery period. Methods A total of 102 patients with cerebral infarction diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method， with 51 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care， and the observation group was given targeted rehabilitation nursing care. The clinical nursing total effectiveness， limb function score， daily living ability score， and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical nursing in the observation group was 94.11%， which was higher than 80.39% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the limb function scores and daily living ability scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment. The group was higher than the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）; the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.03%， which was higher than the control group's 82.35%，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing of patients with cerebral infarction recovery period can promote the recovery of limb function， improve the daily living ability score， and obtain higher satisfaction， which further improves the quality of life of patients with better results.
