延伸护理对老年冠心病PCI术后患者用药依从性影响的教学研究

[摘要] 目的 讨论延伸护理对老年冠心病PCI术后患者用药依从性影响的教学研究。方法 该次研究样本选取时间为2018年3月—2019年3月,研究对象为该院心血管内科实习的36名实习学生。将给予传统教学法临床护理组设为对照组,将给予延伸护理教学护理组设为实验组,每组18名。对比两组实习生的教学效果和病例组患者的用药依从性。结果 两组学员在学习了不同的护理模式后,两组实习生的成绩均有所提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组考试成绩平均分数明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的服药依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用延伸护理方式针对老年冠心病PCI术后患者的服药依从性效果显著,并且能够提升实习生的对老年冠心病知识的掌握,还能够提升实习生的理论考试成绩和实践沟通能力,对实习生在今后的临床实践和解决问题方面有着重要的应用价值。

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the effect of extended nursing on teaching compliance of elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI. Methods The sample of this study was selected from March 2018 to March 2019 of the following year. The research objects were 36 intern students of cardiovascular medicine internship in our hospital. The clinical nursing group given the traditional teaching method was set as the control group, and the nursing group given the extended teaching method was set as the experimental group, with 18 in each group. The teaching effect of the two groups of interns was compared with the medication compliance of the patients in the case group. Results After learning the different nursing modes, the performances of interns in both groups were improved, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). The average score of the test group in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the clinical contrast significance was established(P<0.05). The medication compliance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of extended nursing method for elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI has significant effects on medication compliance, and can improve interns' knowledge of elderly coronary heart disease. Interns have important application value in future clinical practice and problem solving.

現阶段,随着我国经济的不断发展和进步,人们的生活水平也随之提高,老龄化也在逐年的上升[1]。因此,老年冠心病的发病率也呈上升趋势,目前老年冠心病是临床中比较常见的心血管疾病之一,其病的发病率和致死率都相对较高,严重威胁着老年人的生命健康和生活质量[2]。由于目前大多数实习学生对冠心病的相关知识和临床经验缺乏,实施传统的教学模式已经不能满足患者的护理需求,也不利于学生的临床思维[3],所以该次研究2018年3月—2019年3月针对于该院实习的36名实习生,给予不同的教学方式进行了研究探讨,报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
该次研究资料选取,研究对象为该院心血管内科实习的36名实习学生。采取数字表分组的方式分为实验组和对照组两组,将给予传统教学法临床护理组设为对照组,将给予延伸护理教学护理组设为实验组,每组18名。实验组中女生15名,男生3名;最大年龄26岁,最小年龄21岁,平均年龄(23.2±1.6)岁;实习生考试前平均成绩为(79.89±1.98)分;学历划分为:本科11名,专科7名。对照组中女生16名,男生2名;最大年龄25岁,最小年龄21岁,平均年龄(23.5±1.7)岁;实习生考试前平均成绩为(80.79±1.88)分;学历划分为:本科10名,专科8名。两组实习生的基本资料对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),符合研究的正态分布,可用于该次研究。
