[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing management on functional recovery in patients with breast cancer. Methods 78 breast cancer patients admitted to the hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group. The control group received routine follow-up care management. The study group implemented continuous nursing management and statistical management effects. Results The self-management knowledge of breast cancer patients in the study group reached 94.87%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (76.92%) (P<0.05). The shoulder joint activity index of the study group was compared with the control. Significant improvement in the group(P<0.05); the compliance rate of breast cancer postoperative management in the study group in terms of functional training, catheter maintenance, on-time review, and completion of chemotherapy cycle were 87.18%, 92.31%, 94.87%, and 100.00%, respectively, better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Continuing nursing management is applied to breast cancer patients, which effectively promotes the recovery of postoperative upper limb function, improves the patient's disease self-management knowledge and compliance behavior, and is worthy of promotion.
